Partner (Migrant) Visa (subclass 100)

The Subclass 100 Partner (Migrant) visa allows the de facto partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia permanently. This visa is generally available to those who already hold a Subclass 309 Partner (Provisional) visa.

Stay

  • Permanently.

Cost

  • The visa fee was covered when you initially applied for both the temporary and permanent partner visas.

Processing Times

  • Processing times may vary and are based on recent applications. Processing for the permanent visa starts from your eligibility date, typically two years after applying for the combined Partner visas.
