Travel and Family Inclusions

Travel Conditions:
You can travel to and from Australia freely for five years after the visa grant date. After five years, you’ll need to apply for a Resident Return Visa (RRV) if you wish to travel outside Australia and re-enter as a permanent resident.

Adding Family Members:
You can include dependent children when applying for the Subclass 820 visa. To add a dependent child after receiving the 820 visa, the child must first secure a Dependent Child visa (Subclass 445) and then be added to your Subclass 801 application.
