Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Hold an Eligible Visa:
   You must currently hold one of the specified provisional business visas (e.g., Subclass 160 or 163).
2. Residence Requirement:
   Have lived in Australia for at least 12 months in the 2 years immediately before applying, while holding an eligible visa.
3. Business Ownership:
   • Have owned and operated a main business in Australia for at least 2 years before applying.
   • Meet turnover, ownership percentage, and employee requirements.
4. Assets and Employees:
   • Demonstrate net business assets of at least AUD 100,000 and personal assets of at least AUD 250,000 in Australia.
