Eligibility Criteria

1. Current Visa Holder
   You must be the primary holder of the Subclass 165 – State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional) visa.
2. Residence Requirement
   • Resided in the sponsoring state or territory for at least 2 years within the last 4 years.
   • The 2-year period does not need to be continuous.
3. Business and Investment Criteria
   • Held a designated investment of at least AUD750,000 in your or your partner’s name for at least 4 years.
   • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to continuing your business or investment activities in Australia.
   • Have no history of unacceptable business activities.
4. Sponsorship
   You must be sponsored by the regional authority in the state or territory where you have resided.
5. Age Requirement
   There is no age limit for this visa.
